Welcome!

This site is for employees of Novartis and Novartis affiliate companies to schedule
flu vaccines for themselves and for their dependents (age 9 and older).

 

SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

 

Here are some tips to help make your appointment go smoothly!

 

  • If you have already scheduled a vaccine appointment at a Novartis clinic, you are all set and do not need to re-book.
  • Select the location that you work at or are closest to.
  • Each location has a different calendar. The dates when flu vaccines are available are shown in bold.
  • After clicking on a date, available times will display.
  • Please select the appropriate time zone when booking your appointment.
  • If your site is allowing vaccinations for spouses/dependents please use your Novartis email when scheduling the appointments.
  • If you are scheduling for more than one person, each person must have a separate appointment to ensure there is enough time for everyone! After completing the first appointment, choose the option for “new booking” to schedule a family member.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment, and a reminder the day before.
  • Each location has a different calendar. The dates when flu vaccines are available are shown in bold.
  • Please try to be on time; if your plans change you can reschedule or cancel your appointment.

 

Required Consent Forms & Information

To make your vaccine visit go faster and to reduce handling of paper work, please download and complete a consent form in advance. Bring completed forms to the clinic with you. A separate form is required for each person being vaccinated.

Booking online is available 24 hours and will likely be faster.
