If you are experiencing errors while using web based applications like Medfiles, Medfiles Navigator, Client Portal or Medcor's Health Security Screening then a common solution is to clear your cache.
Clearing your cache is done within your browser's settings (either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)
Settings can be accessed in both browsers by going to the top right and finding the an icon that has three dots next to each other. Here are the steps to clear your cache in both Chrome and Edge:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy, search, and services .

Under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now, select Choose what to clear. The time range and select boxes should look like this:

Select Clear now.
