How To Access Triage Call Reports
From the triage call report email link, you will be asked to log in to the Client Portal. This will take you to a new screen (Triage Call Reports) where the reference number embedded in the link you clicked in your email will populate and search for the call report. Click the paper icon at the end of the row to view the report or the green arrow to download the report.
How To Search Past Triage Call Reports
The new screen where you access triage call reports now allows you to search for
past triage call reports through December 2022 without contacting customer
service. To retrieve reports, enter the call date, last name, date of birth of caller,
OR call reference number. Example below
To Know
- You must be a current recipient of call reports.
- If you are clicking a link in an email to access a report then you must be the recipient of the email to log in. For example john.doe@company.com can not access a report if they are opening a link in an email sent to a distribution list they have access to like hr@company.com.
- In this situation you may be able to access the report by logging in at clientportal.medcor.com then searching in Triage Call Reports.
- Reports will only be available for one year.
- Some report recipients with TLS encrypted email receive their reports as attachments to an email.
