How To Access Triage Call Reports
From the triage call report email link, you will be asked to log in to the Client Portal. This will take you to a new screen (Triage Call Reports) where the reference number embedded in the link you clicked in your email will populate and search for the call report. Click the paper icon at the end of the row to view available versions of the report. A box will pop up that says "Click on date below to Download." Click the date to access your report.
How To Search Past Triage Call Reports
The screen where you access Triage Call Reports allows you to search for Triage Call Reports that were sent to you within the last year without contacting customer service. To retrieve reports, enter the call date, last name, date of birth of caller, OR call reference number. Example below
To Know
- You must be a current recipient of call reports.
- You can only search for reports sent to your company since you were added as a recipient
- If you are clicking a link within an email sent to a Shared Inbox (example: hr@company.com), then you will start by entering the Shared Inbox email. After that you will enter your own email and password.
- Reports are only available for the past year.
- Some report recipients with TLS encrypted email receive their reports as attachments to an email.
